Ingredients
- 1 kg diced chicken
- 4 pieces of chili pepper
- 5 tomatoes
- 2 potatoes
- 2 Kapia pepper (optional)
- 2 onions
For Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 cups of water
- Salt
- 2 pieces of tomato (grated)
- as a spice mix (black pepper, chili peppers, dried mint, curry, allspice)
Preparation
Let’s chop the peppers, tomatoes, onions, and potatoes. Then place the chicken and potatoes in a medium sized oven tray. Let’s lay the peppers and onions at the bottom of the tray. Place the tomatoes in the upper middle layer and prepare the sauce. Preparing the sauce is a pretty straightforward process. You just need to mix all ingredients in a bowl. Spread the sauce thoroughly on top of the tray.
Put the Kapia peppers and or chili peppers on the very top layer. Place the tray into the oven to cook.
