For this, as Bilal Group, not only in the Netherlands but also in other European countries, we established an integrated production and distribution system.

We created dozens of products in different tastes under three separate brands.

In our factory, which is one of Europe’s largest and most efficient food production facilities, everything is produced fully automated.

All products and production processes are inspected by the Halal authority and each product has its own Halal certificate. As well as the highest level of HACCP “The Food Safety Quality Certificate”, we are also awarded the world’s highest hygiene certificate BRC.

Delivering our quality products to our sales partners flawlessly on time is also a part of our business. We monitor our entire chain using a “Temperature Registration System”.

All snacks, pizzas and poultry products produced by the Bilal Group are Halal. Not only the basic products we use, such as meat, are Halal – all the products are, from sauces to herbs. For example, the cheeses used on Bilal pizzas contain absolutely no rennet and are Halal.

The Halal Authority checks which hatcheries the chickens used in our poultry products have come from, and to which slaughterhouse they are taken.

All the materials used, from the hatchery to product, are subject to our tracking system. All products and the production process are checked by the Halal Authority, and each product has its own Halal Certificate. As a consumer, you can ask to see our Halal Certificates at any time.
